Canadian Folk Music Awards nominee, Alex Krawczyk, has released her latest single, 'Space Between Us'. The single, which was written by Krawczyk and her producer, Robbie Roth, promises to captivate listeners with its uplifting lyrics and soulful melody.

Alex Krawczyk's 'Rhythm of the Road' has hit all digital music platforms.

The Toronto-based singer-songwriter is currently on the Roots Music charts with her debut album, 'Le Olam.' She is nominated for Best New Artist at this year's CFMAs.

The problem with FLASHDANCE THE MUSICAL is that it's not the movie. One among those films that just don't make it as stage adaptation. Arizona Broadway Theatre's production makes the point in a show that's more flat than flash. Runs through April 24th.

The Gateway theatre company's thrilling production of Flashdance, The Musical, is truly an electric way to end their busy Summer season. The sensational regional premiere, running through September 15th at the Patchogue Theatre, is excellently directed by Keith Andrews and boasts an absolutely superb cast. And though it is based on the famous 1983 movie, fans of the movie (like myself!) will notice several changes and will be pleasantly pleased in the stage incarnation.

What a feeling! What an evening! The 80s film-musical adaption trend is alive and well. In addition to Fame, Footloose and more, fans of the iconic poppy music era can catch the 1983 classic Flashdance during its current UK tour, which currently plays the Theatre Royal in Brighton.
